About This Session

Soul Archaeology is Helena B. Scott's signature in-depth private consultation: a highly individual, intuitive and integrative session that works across psyche, archetype, symbol, energy and spiritual experience rather than offering a simple reading or one-dimensional interpretation.

The work draws on Jungian, archetypal and depth psychology, dream and symbol work, shadow, active imagination, personal and inherited patterns, aura and chakra awareness, subtle-body and energetic perception, embodied experience and psychospiritual exploration. Helena may also bring clair and mediumistic perception into the session where it arises naturally and is relevant to the client's process.

Each session is responsive to the person rather than formulaic. It may begin with a dream, relationship or family pattern, life transition, repeating symbol, archetype, intuitive concern, energetic shift or a question that feels as though it carries more meaning than its surface circumstances suggest.

For clients who might otherwise be considering a psychic or Tarot reading, Soul Archaeology is designed to go considerably deeper: intuitive perception becomes one part of a wider process of psychological, symbolic and energetic inquiry, asking not only what is appearing but what deeper pattern may be asking to be understood.

The session lasts up to 120 minutes and is delivered online via Zoom worldwide. After the session, Helena prepares a personalised Soul Archaeology guidance booklet bringing together the principal themes, symbols, archetypal patterns, energetic observations and practical guidance that emerged during the work.
